Payment Policy
Payment is required prior to consultations, laboratory orders, or digital product delivery unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Laboratory testing fees, consultation fees, and digital products are generally non-refundable once services have been provided or laboratory orders have been submitted.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to 50% forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be required to pay the full appointment fee before booking future services.
Privacy
Maison Health respects your privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect personal information collected through our website, Practice Better portal, email communications, and client intake forms.
While we strive to maintain secure systems and procedures, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We will never sell your personal information.
